The World’s Largest Frying Pan

You’ll find this breakfast defector in Brandon, Iowa. This frying pan could probably help feed the town of Brandon (and then some) by frying 528 eggs and/or 88 pounds of bacon.

 

The Paper House

Rockport, MA

Found in Rockport, MA you will find the infamous Paper House – the remains of a serious obsession with creating things out of newspaper. In 1922, Ellis Stenman wanted to insulate the house with paper and now you can see it for yourself (it’s still standing!) 100,000 newspapers later…

 

World’s Largest Chest of Drawers

These are the things that make foreigners laugh at America. However, this 38-ft tall chest of drawers is for a good cause – to represent that High Point, NC is indeed the “Home Furnishings Capital of the World”. Your move, China.

 

The World’s Largest Man-Made Turtle

Someone might have had too much time on their hands when they decided to make a giant turtle (32 feet tall) out of over 2,000 tire rims. You can find this monstrous tortoise in Dunseith, ND.

When driving through the 39th president, Jimmy Carter’s hometown of Plains, Georgia, you will find a toothy peanut that stands 13-feet tall that is both odd and slightly terrifying.

 

World’s Largest Pistachio

Get crackin’ at Alamogordo, New Mexico! This 30-ft nut is hanging out in front of the pistachio farm and winery, McGinn’s Pistachio Tree Ranch and Arena Blanca Winery.

The World’s Only Corn-Palace
